Horrible app

I was looking forward to being able to access the Ottawa Citizen through this new app, as a result of the print version being greatly modified. (I dont like the new print version so I was hoping to just read it on my ipad instead).
I cant get the app to work AT ALL. I have tried deleting and re-installing the app but it fails at the password stage. This is so disappointing as I always enjoyed reading my morning paper. Now I am seriously considering cancelling the whole thing, that is, my subscription.
